Donna Family Accused of Election Law Fraud
KRGV ^ | Mar 20, 2014 | KRGV

DONNA - A Donna family admits they're skirting election law, but they say it's for protection.

The Gonzalez family say they are better protected by having everyone listed at one address.

However, it sends up red flags. not even one car fits in their driveway.

If everyone who says they live at their address tried to park along the street, the line would wrap around the block.

Jose F. Gonzalez lives at 1904 Ridley Avenue in Donna. According to the Hidalgo County registered voter list, so does Javier, Dora, Oscar, Pedro, Paula, Ruben, Arturo, Ismael, Maria, Priscilla, Francisco, Jose, Anna, Angelica and Linda.

"It's here because that's where they receive their mail," said Gonzalez. "One family lives here, on the other corner another family."

Channel 5 checked his address with the precinct lines. "Around the corner" could be in another precinct.

Gonzalez says it's for safety. But according to Texas election law, it's illegal.

We looked up the law.

You must be registered to vote at the place you reside. You can keep an old address only if you plan to move back, such as a college student or person in the military.

"They live close here. if you turn the corner the other family lives there," said Gonzalez. "Because they work, sometimes they're not home. They all receive their stuff here but they all vote."

We asked the county if they knew about his house. The Hidalgo County Elections Department referred our questions to the district attorney.

Rene Guerra said he would look into it, if he gets complaints, but his office is already working other election allegations.

Protected race.

(Er, democrat voters.)

By the way, there are probably another 200-300 on the voter roles for that address.

And, in downtown Detroit, Atlanta, Washington DC, Nwe York, Dayton, Cleveland, Philly, Pittsburgh, LA, San Francisco, Las Vegas, St Louis, .... and everywhere else where the NAACP/SPLC/CORE/ACORN and their employees in the Obama census wrote the registration, ALL of the empty apratments are populated by democrat voter neatly written in alphabetic order by apartment numbers in every room on every floor.

In every building.

And not one light bulb or heater running in any of them. Nobody actually living in any room for years.

Illegals voting? No, they don't. They obey laws. They only vote in Mexico.

I hope I don't need a '/s'!

In Wisconsin the Government Accountability Board (which is not very accountable) allows them to vote from a vacant lot. They even provide a little diagram on the registration form so that they can pick their corner. (X marks the southwest corner of 1st and Main)

Might this be a good time to bring up the topic of amnesty for illegal aliens, and how some RINO elected officials (Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio, Lindsey Graham, come on down!) would have us believe that such a strategy would help the GOP?

This DA just lost re-election after many years in office and he is pissed.
His opponent slammed the DA for his lack of investigation into a cold case murder even though there are new developments in the case. DA claimed he was saving taxpayers money by not investigating. First thing he did after losing re-election was to demand the new DA reopen the coldcase murder and wanted the new DA to start before taking office.

All that talk of Texas turning blue, well, this is how it’s being done. Vote early, vote often.

According to the article “You must be registered to vote at the place you reside. You can keep an old address only if you plan to move back, such as a college student or person in the military.”

George H.W. Bush’s “legal” address was a hotel room in Houston while he was Veep and President. It saved him a lot of taxes. Not that I’m saying it’s wrong not to pay taxes. I’m all for paying the least you can get away with.
