Enough! Patriot lawsuit demands money from IRS

Tea party challenges 'crushing bureaucracy' unleashed on those who disagree with Obama

Bob Unruh

Just imagine sending to the Internal Revenue Service a bill for:

Actual damages for violating the Privacy Act.

The costs of complying with additional demands for information about an application.

Loss of donors.

Loss of membership fees.

Damages for the violation of constitutional rights.

Damages for loss of the benefit of tax-exempt status.

Damages for impairment of constitutionally protected rights.

Punitive damages.

Litigation costs.

Attorneys’ fees.

And more.

A case of that kind has been filed, with a request to make it class action. A key proponent explained Friday to WND that the ultimate goal is to uncover what former IRS official Lois Lerner wanted to do and did.

It also seeks to uncover what other “responsible parties” were up to regarding the IRS attacks on tea party and other conservative groups that applied for tax-exempt. Evidence has been presented that the discrimination was coordinated to hinder the effectiveness of the groups when Barack Obama was pursuing re-election in 2012.

Lerner should be sued as an “Officer and as an Individual”,
forcing her (in a country of real Law, unlike the USA)
to obtain and hire her own counsel.

At least, unlike the corrupt Issa and Cummings,
SOMETHING might happen.

The USA must not depend upon the enabler Issa or it will
continue to die.

I hope they’re successful, but if they are the award will be paid by other taxpayers money. I wont be happy unless they get personal assets from the responsible people.

If the case can be delayed for a couple of years so we can get a republican government it may have a chance.

Patriot lawsuit demands money from IRS

THE IRS DOESN'T HAVE ANY MONEY!!!

They should be demanding criminal prosecution and then suing the individuals.

You could sell the IRS employee organs for transplant in an attempt to get taxpayer money back. At the least it would teach them about how power can be used back against them. No sarc, unfortunately.

At least 36 specific individuals are named as co-defendants. They are all being sued and a jury trial has been demanded by plaintiffs. The case is currently in the discovery phase, IIRC.

I hope you’re right. If so...that’s great news.

Hopefully it’s all possible and they prevail.

Yeah, I’m following it casually. It’s clear that the ATF/DHS hates the idea of peasants with unnumbered semi-auto rifles. And if they are not so worried about numbered rifles, it must be because they figure if push comes to shove, they can collect them. (Fat chance.)

They can have ‘em...bullets first!
Heading out to the gun show to tell all of my buds there about Ares and the raid -if they don’t already know.
Have a good one, shipmate.
