From the hardship application:

So if you think that paying the penalty would be a hardship, then...no problems!

The transitional policy allows for hardship exemption

Whatever happened to the 30 million uninsured Husseincare was designed to cover? Are they still left out as well?

Obozo is repealing his own law step by step.

But Heaven forbid Republicans suggest these same things!

I like the proof/documentation requirement for being a victim of domestic abuse... “NONE”.

Jackpot!

What we are going to wind up with is millions more on medicaid and no individual actually paying their own way.

Now, ALLOW my former health insurance company to give me the plan and rate I used to have and could AFFORD, and I will once again be insured as the responsible person I have always been until Marxist Obama decided to be was going to make life better for us.

While I welcome this action, it still doesn’t address that fact that MILLIONS more people are going to be uninsured BECAUSE of OBAMACARE.

By the time Oct, 2016, it will be delayed again, since Hillary will be running for president. Or it could really impact her.

One thing I thought about, is that obammacare will not be fully implemented until after obamma leaves office. To cause obamma’s successor to fix everything.

It’s too bad the damage has already been done and moves like this just add to the confusion and uncertainty.

This will be followed with a huge bailout of the insurance companies.

They have to have some way to exempt Democrats while forcing Republicans to pay the full freight - otherwise, this thing has no chance of working even in a Socialist Utopia.

That hardship’ option is also available in canadastan where I’m originally from. You just write them a long letter (or sob story) explaining why you cant pay your monthly premiums and you are off the hook. Know lots of people who did that. If they wanted a bank statement which happens (rarely), just show them your latest one with no money in it.
