"I need money". Greedy illegal alien Roy Ortiz is suing those who saved his life.

Last month we profiled an illegal alien felon who made nearly $200,000 by mass-filing frivolous lawsuits against L.A. restaurants.
But that was just a creep trying to game the system, and the system (shamefully) letting him. This is truly disgusting.
An illegal alien in Colorado is suing several first responders who took part in rescuing him last September, when he became trapped in his car during a flash flood.
You heard that right. They saved Roy Ortiz' life -- and he is suing them, for not getting him out fast enough.

What sane nation would let this happen? DEPORT HIM NOW!
And with Obama/Reid/McConnell/Boner Amnestry, in years to come the USA will have est. 50,000,000 such “gimme” folks here, sucking on the taxpayer teat.
....wonderful....
former: “America, the land of the free.”
current: “America, the land of the free stuff.”
The US has no business messing with this guy.We should just put him back where he was found. His unamerican lawyers too.
throw him back in
another fat wetback looking for burrito $
The purpose of civil lawsuits should be to make the plaintiff whole - to restore him to the condition he was in before the defendant’s actions caused the claimed harm. In this case I would approve.
Does Colorado issue driver licenses to illegals? Was this A-Hole even operating the vehicle with a valid DL?
Perfect!!!
i remember that part in my law 101 course.
I’d say unbelievable, but unfortunately, it’s not unbelievable. And the story leaves one further irritated because it provides no details as to what this illegal alien ingrate claims was not done by the rescuers.
This a**hole is just pushing as far as he can, because he wants to see just how weak the gringos really are.
He thinks it’s all a big joke, can’t believe the fools letting him do this - that’s the culture he comes from: they don’t think an act of kindness is what it is, it’s an act of weakness to them.
In his world they would have let him drown.
So should we. At least in his case...
ok, put him back in the car and cue the water...
And stand by with adequate firepower to ensure that he does not "by mistake" return to this side of the "Rio Bravo del Norte"...
If I tried this crap in mexico they’d find me in a shallow grave in the desert with my hands tied behind my back with wire missing my head.
Will he also demand U Visa,to provide lawful status to noncitizen crime victims as he will claim he is crime victim
The disabled guy is a real piece of work.
But what's fascinating is that he sues Hispanic-owned businesses.
And equally interesting is that when he's caught filing frivolous and blatantly fraudulent lawsuits, his lamprey of a lawyer drops the suit like a hot potato.
Why EITHER of these pieces of $hit are in our country, and not deported as of 5 years ago is a mystery.
Obama/RINO
Rob Schneider: "Sure I'm grateful for the paramedics pulling me out of my burning car. But they didn't have to dislocate my shoulder.
Why can't my shoulder be back the way it was, before?"
Chris Farley, on tennis court: "Sure the construction site was labeled No Trespassing, but that what does that mean to someone who was as drunk as I was? They can have their 2.6 million back, but who'll give me back my tooth?"
Bump
I’d sue them too, for rescuing him.
