The girls were not born with knives in their hands nor do the vast majority of people behave in such mean, aggressive ways against persons with visible disabilities. There are parental duties of instruction. Guidance. And supervision. It’s about time we start holding them accountable for turning such harmful forces loose on society. Just my two cents worth, tho.
