A few days ago, Disney World announced that unless Boy Scouts of America (BSA) changed its policy on openly homosexual scoutmasters – namely, they’re not allowed – by January 1, 2015, the organization would lose funding from Walt Disney.
The reason is simple – Disney says BSA violates the company’s non-discrimination policy:
Disney does not give money directly to the national organization or local BSA councils. However, through its VoluntEARS program, Disney allows employees to do volunteer work in exchange for cash donations to the charities of their choice.
Employees taking part in the VoluntEARS program will no longer be able to submit the funds to the Boy Scouts, the organization said. The new policy will not affect Walt Disney employees who volunteer with the Scouts, the company said.

According to Disney’s charitable giving guidelines, groups become ineligible to receive Disney funding if they “discriminate in the provision of services unlawfully or in a manner inconsistent with Disney’s policies on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, marital status, mental or physical ability, or sexual orientation.”
Kudos to the homosexual activist lobby, which has managed to scare Disney into making this move. As a private organization, Disney is of course entitled to withhold money from whatever organizations it chooses to, even if that decision is unwise.
However, this leads to a question: Will Disney also take money from Girl Scouts USA, which does not allow male scout leaders? Discrimination is discrimination, after all, and those men who want to lead girls on scouting trips should be given the same opportunity as women.
It’s a silly question, but so is Disney’s position that not allowing men who have sexual attractions to men to lead boys on scout trips is unfair discrimination.
Then again, this is the same company that is accused of sending money to Planned Parenthood, as well as hiding animal abuse that takes place during filming of its movies, so policies inconsistent with Disney’s official child-friendly corporate theme are hardly unusual.

If Disney does not agree with the rules of the BSA then don't support them. I hope the BSA does not give in to bullying. The BSA is not owned by Disney, so the Disney goes not get to set the rules for an organization they do not own.
If Disney does not like it... then stop writing checks. Just shut up and go away.

What a stupid move on Disney’s part.
The queers are determined to convert or destroy any organization or program where children are not groomed to be accepting of homoexualism.
It is no surprise that polls show an increasing acceptance of faggotry over the years because children have been taught in the government schools that homosexualism is juat as normal as heterosexualism.
Homos know that children can be molded at a young age through the education they receive. They want to revise every eduacational program to be pro-homo. That includes youth programs like the Scouts, religious organizations, etc.
If the homos can’t force a program to endorse and promote homosexualism they will work to destroy it.
Well, yes, they are just a means to an end...the BSA going from essentially a “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy with youth to an outright queer youth are welcome policy was the “stupid move”.
The BSA tried to appease the immoral left and compromised their values...would not grow a spine and admit that the losses in funding would happen and that adjustments would be needed and plan accordingly.
When they needed to be the strongest, they were the weakest...then again, this is a result of trying to expand and seeking after corporate financing in order to do so.
I wonder, just how much they’re still in debt with “The Summit”?

Will Disney agree to fully (yes, FULLY) indemnify any scout organization that is forced to pay damages as a result of improper “contact” between gay scout “leaders” and innocent scouts?

Then call out Disney quite loudly on their hypocrisy
and their indifference to the abuse of innocent children.
Disney is unaffordable for the low and middle class.
Disney knows their monies come from the upper 5 or 10%, govt workers from D.C. and other liberal holes with the overpaid, will fill the parks. Most of them are career and not family oriented beyond the p.c. two children. Disney will always price itself to be affordable to the households that take in 75,000 a year and more. Too hell with the middle class.
