As far as being a “lying sack of crap” as you propose, I would have to dispute that assertion.

A sack of crap, cannot be truthful, nor deceptive.

However perhaps a sack of crap that is on the floor. That may make more sense. In the sense that a sack of crap could be placed on the floor, but not in a vertical configuration, rather a horizontal orientation. But I am having difficulty making that work in context so I will have to concede by default to your greater intelligence.
