I will not be looking up your posting history. Of course the kid was out of line, and he is being dishonest about what happened. Sorry but cops are not out to bully innocent people and put them in jail for nothing. That this kid had and still has an attitude problem is plain. He was told to leave and he didn’t and by golly he was going to make those cops understand why he wasn’t going to leave. He went from refusing a lawful order to resisting arrest. Stupid move on his part.
Interesting side note - I went to this guy’s Facebook page, he is originally from the same town (Yekaterinburg) where the Bolsheviks murdered Czar Nicholas, and his family.
I hope you are kidding. Since when is calling 911 and trying to give a witness statement doing a cops job?
WHAT? I thought the cops were supposed to be our personal protection. LOL! ;>}
From the article, we don't know that didn't happen. When the police arrive they become the authorities on the scene. Their job is to take control and to stabilize the area. With a medical emergency this is doubled. Anyone getting in the way consistently is in for trouble.
During arrests, if another is interfering with the officers duty, the same can apply. See Campus PD on HDTV for good examples.
Found his lawsuit. He’s really got an unfortunate name: James Edward Holmes

Don’t know if you listened to the 911 call, but here is the link. Guy sounds pretty coherent and succinct to me. Doesn’t sound like anyone who is a threat to cops, that’s for sure.

Glad to see it will be a jury trial
