We’re not allowed to question judges. They’re educated men, and know everything there is to know.

See, in the judges eye it is the outcome not how you get to it. Based in law, naw, just reach into my dilusional memory banks and pick up some phrase I recall hearing in the past and if I cannot find one in our documents, there is probably something out there in some other country which will suffice.

This entire government needs to be replaced IMO. Start over. Artivle V anyone?

For one thing, Herring shouldn’t be AG. Obenshain threw in the towel as do all Republicans. Two, this state voted “one man, one woman” by over 60%. Not that any of that matters.

How did all these faggot judges get on the bench anyway? Why aren’t the republicans in the senate blocking these immoral bastards?

Rulings such as this one should be counted as impeachable offenses and these judges should be removed.

Good God! I had the privilege of working for a federal judge. This opinion is written like a 5th grader’s book review. It’s really troubling.

It occurs to me that if elected officials can arbitrarily ignore the will of the people and refuse to enforce bans on pervert “marriage,” then the people are free to reject the declarations of those elected officials and can legitimately refuse to recognize homo “marriage.”

Thus begins the breakdown of the Rule of Law and the dissolution of the social contract.

Regardless, the equality point is not valid.
If you base the ruling on equality then a pedophile has an equal right to marry a child, one man an three women have an equal right to marry. A Father has an equal right to marry his daughter or his son and on an on. This is NOT about equal rights.

A friend today directed me to this post on youtube. It is kinda cool:

“Under article IV, section 1 of the US constitution, each state must give ‘full faith and credit’ to acts writs, warrants and judicial proceedings of every other state. If a couple is legally married in NY or NJ, they don’t have to get a license or re-marry upon moving to VA, NC or TX.

“The lefties like to cite that clause as protecting gay marriage, but I would like to counter that my concealed-carry permit (also a judicial proceeding via a circuit court judge) from VA should also be honored in NY, NJ, MA or MD. What is good for the goose...”

The statement in the Declaration of Independence starts....”We hold these truths self-evident, that all men are created equal”.....so it first declares.... There are self-evident truths......and heterosexual sex is a biological requirement of life for mankind to continue. ....homosexual is not ...is a self-evident truth.....so all men are equal..any can couple/marry with a women to continue, to reproduce there line, and continue mankind..that is just natural law we are not in a position to change.....if a man or woman choose not marry that their business but same sex is not “marriage”

Let me see, when the people vote for the something the court disagrees with, it is the courts responsibility to protect the voters from themselves.

When the voters vote in officials who overide the will of the people, it is not the responsibility of the court to save them from themselves.

So elections have consequences only when the courts approve of the consequences. Got it.
