The mayor of Wilmington, Del., knew something was wrong. After one year on the job, this former homicide cop had a hunch his police department had a leak.
“The problems that we were having with this city with crime and information that got out too fast, my suspicion was always somebody might be involved in something,” said Mayor Dennis Williams to WDEL radio.
But that is all it was, a hunch. And it stayed that way until last month, when city police found one of their own – a 911 dispatcher – allegedly giving her thug boyfriend a heads up on a shooting investigation.
She almost got away with it.
Alleshia Kennedy was working the night shift in January as a 911 dispatcher when several people called to report a shooting. Kennedy took one of the calls and promised the neighbor she would send a police unit right away.

He’s right. The walls of the democrat plantation are constructed of anger and ignorance and violence is a natural result.

This bizarre outlook sums up why so many black communities are so FUBAR’ed. I must be suffering PTSD from something too. I’m sure of it.
These behaviors are either freely chosen or enforced internally by the so-called "black community" itself. Watching Washington DC local news on TV is quite instructive.
Peculiar how all the white people got over their slavery on this continent, since they were the first slaves and a majority here for the longest time, until blacks replaced them.
What is it about blacks that they keep on enslaving themselves?
Yeah. The slavery of thinking one is always a slave. Such as to the hoodie.

The preacher is right. Liberals have never given up on slavery. They lost the civil war but have perpetuated slavery through government programs aimed at creating black dependency - ie slavery - throughout the last 150 years. The violence is slave revolt.
What else is it when perpetuators have nothing to lose and nowhere to go? Thanks to massive government entitlement poor people are encouraged to sacrifice personal dignity, responsibility and self discipline to be taken care of by the plantation master. They are encouraged to commit crime to supplement their meager pittance. They are renegade slaves made violent by the pernicious influence of government dependency.
History,
1. African tribes would attach other tribes and turn the suvivors over to the Arabs.
2. the Arabs would, then take them to seaports to sell to traders.
3. traders would take them to the Carribean to be sold to farmers.
Conclusion. The ones who became slaves were losers and slow.
It would be more honest to blame slavery on Black violence.
One would think if this country is so bad that one would leave.
I wonder if they have electricity there...
