Thank you RG.

Tomorrow I am going to the regular monthly Sussex GOP meeting, something I go to every month but I never sign in.

I got into a flap with the Chair last week and next thing I know they send out a big email EVERYONE MUST SIGN IN!

Heh.

Okay, I’ll sign in. Got a church buddy says he will sign in and I can sneak in behind him. I don’t mind signing in it’s just like all these new rules once Sister Pat starts slapping a few people around.

My complaint was about a REPUBLICAN Sussex council guy voted to enact ANOTHER dog barking law even though one was already on the books! I wanted that Republican censured because man, we got to STOP this political class!

Also wrote editorials in all the local yokel papers...people coming up to me and telling me they read. Couple newspapers want me to do a full article.

I’ve stopped them from passing THREE laws, got them to overhaul property disputes....ONE PERSON!!!!!!

If everybody would just show up one day....don’t march on Washington, just show up at your local council, show them that you’re there.

I’m with you RG, but if I don’t see the current Republican party changing I’m going around.

So far I feel like they don’t know where to go. They got their money business pals but they got nutball citizens like us wanting laws enforced that exist, no more laws on laws on laws, and our borders enforced.

I think we’re going to win because I really think we are a majority.

Still....I am going around.

“Man, Pat, it’s good to see you,” one church patron said. “Seems like every time I see you you’re in the newspaper, on TV or on the radio”.

Indeed.

I figger if one humble 64 year old Blogger can move things, the entire Republican party should be able to make things happen.

Just my two cents.

Oh, and turns out Sister Pat is going to appear at the church’s upcoming Wine and Cheese bash.

she is shameless.

From the Constitution of the United States of America ( Article Two, Section One, Clause Eight):

The President's Oath of Office (Emphasis mine):

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:— “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Faithfully execute the office means every law will be enforced as written.

It seems to me that we are in a Constitutional Crisis, but neither the opposition party nor the public's watchdog, the press, can see it nor say so.

If a Republican ever gets to take office again, and declares Obama's ways as precedence, what will the democrats do? Blame themselves? Riiiight...

That's true, can you imagine what we will find on her when we start looking into her past—no telling. A lot of it already documented. Too late for the protectorates to blacken pages.

Chuck U and Turbin are perennials also, and appear as much as McCain/Graham. The other two used to be Hagel and Biden.

Nary a week went by in the past 14 years I’ve been doing this that at least one, if not all graced us on Sundays with their caterwauling omnipresent ramblings!

Thank you Chris, David, Bob, George and Candy for the continued dumbing down of America.

GET SOME NEW GUESTS!

Yes, it is supposed to be illegal for an immigrant (legal) to receive certain benefits if they have been here less than 5 years.

Many of the illegal aliens are receiving benefits thru their US born children (anchor babies). There are 300,000 to 400,000 anchor babies born each year. They are US citizens by birth entitled to all the privileges and benefits including Medicaid, food stamps, etc.

The illegal aliens use our ERs as free health clinics. 17 states give them in-state tuition for college. The census bureau counts all people including illegal aliens, which has the effect of creating additional Congressional districts. It is estimated that CA has nine more seats in Congress than they would have if just legal voters were counted. Federal benefits are allocated to the states using the population numbers.

Shifting the Balance How the Gang of Eight bill and immigration generally shift seats in the House of Representatives

"The overall impact of immigration is very large. The 22.5 million non-citizens (both legal and illegal) in the country redistributed nine seats in the House in 2010. Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, and Pennsylvania each lost a seat. Florida and New York each gained a seat, Texas gained two seats, and California gained five seats."

Of the 18 seats redistributed by the 40 million immigrants in the country in 2010, 16 went to states that voted for President Obama in 2012. Thus, from a partisan perspective, immigration tends to benefit Democrats.

The redistribution caused by immigration tends to take representation away from states comprised mostly of U.S. citizens and give it to states where a large share of residents are not citizens. In the states that lost seats due to all immigrants in 2010, 96 percent of the voting-age population were citizens in contrast to 86 percent in the states that gained seats.

In the states that lost seats due to all immigrants in 2010, the average district had 543,243 voting-age citizens compared to 449,553 in the states that gained a seat. There is a real tension between large-scale immigration and the principle of "one man, one vote".

he Impact of All Immigrants. Table 4 takes the 40 million immigrants (citizens and non-citizen) in the country and estimates their impact on the distribution of House seats at the time of the last Census. In 2010, the entire immigrant population caused a redistribution of 18 seats. Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin each lost a seat and Ohio lost two seats. New Jersey and Washington each gained a seat, Florida and Texas each gained two seats, New York gained three seats, and California gained nine seats. Clearly the overall impact is very large. In fact, the actual impact of immigration is a good deal larger because Table 4 does not include any of the children immigrants had after they arrived in the United States.

Ok guys, watching Fox’s Wallce on DVR, just heard Laura Ingraham’s takedown of George Will.

I can’t believe these people...the WSJ, the George Wills....WHOSE SIDE ARE THEY ON?

If we need workers, how about doing with LEGAL IMMIGRATION?

Americans don’t like their borders being wide open and we never had a say in it.

when we want to address this issue, we with fences and property lines and locks, via a possible immigration bill, they don’t want to shut the borders, initiate a sensible system.

THEY WANT US TO SHUT UP!

But we’re not shutting up. Boehner found that out.

"GET SOME NEW GUESTS!" Agree! Though, I think they're too afraid of Cruz, Lee, or Gohmert to have them on. I remember Chuck U and Turban being on in the past, though I don't recall them being on much the end of last year (I may have missed seeing them) and now they're back

i just saw a very depressing sign of the times today.

On a lamppost at a large intersection, a commercially printed sign:

CASH

for

Diabetic test strips

followed by a phone number

This tells me that diabetic test strips have somehow become another 'entitlement.' aka gift of the taxpayers. And there are so many being distributed that they have become a commodity worth cash to some shady entrepreneur.

When is this volcano of money spewing out of DC going to stop?!

Thanks for all the info!

Someone was on a show earlier (I think it may have been Julie Pace from A/P on FNS) that said (paraphrasing): there’s no guarantee that the immigrants will vote for Democrats, in fact, except for immigration, most of them agree with the Republicans. Yea, right. And if you believe that, Sister Pat has a bridge to sell you.

Idoubt if any photos of HRC’s mother exist on the internet, but I saw some years ago, and she aged very early, although she lived a long time. Mrs Rodham had that charlady look when Hillary was still quite young.

I wonder what H’s brother looks like by now? Same genes.

Thanks, Kabar, for the link to the Heritage report on the costs of immigration. A COMPREHENSIVE report—one that pretty easily puts the lie to George Will’s cavalier outbursts.
