I doubt leaves and dinosaurs have anything to do with it.

That is coal. Another Leftist forbidden fuel.

Woke up late so I watched a little bit of This Week and that Plouffe guy was trying to spin the CBO report in a silly way. PBS had a show on about the War Of 1812 so I watched that instead.

No worries, I knew you were teasing and that you knew I wasn’t gloating - - wouldn’t do that to you :-)

My sister, nephew and I went to Century Link for the celebration ceremony last Wednesday. Was glad we were in there and watching the parade on jumbotron before they arrived at the stadium for the ceremony. They estimated 700,000 people in the streets for the parade, plus those in Century Link and additional people next door in Safeco Field (where the Mariner’s play). Was awesome!. Was sunny though very cold (unusally so for here).

At least in 1812, the Brits got to burn the White House...

Funny. It’s been told many times here as people realize how badly the Broncos played. The commercials were better than the game.

I don’t drink either Pepsi or Coke. I don’t like many soft drinks in general.

One thing that was nice to hear. People in NYC commented that both the Seahawks and Broncos fans were courteous and nice to everyone. And that many NY’ers were impressed with citizens from both states.
