Sorry that I couldn’t find an actual link. Twitter going crazy. KFI has reported it in their hard news segments twice.

Saw that “according to NYC police, his death was related to drugs.”

A dopehead in Greenwich Village died of an overdose?
Not the first time that’s ever happened.

I can’t remember him in a role that didn’t impress me. I just saw him interviewed last week and he looked pretty ragged. He’s one of the very few actors I’ll actually miss.

I know. Was reading the twitter feed and one person said his family saw him on such a such street in NYC yesterday, and Phillip high fived one of them. How sad.
And I just saw the hideous film Wolf of Wall Street last night — Scorcese seems to be glorifying the drug excesses of the 80s in it. I agree with the precious poster - addiction is evil.

I suppose I can say I have never seen a movie or TV program he acted in.

Just watched The Big Lebowski again. He was perfect in that (early) role.
Too bad. Drugs are for young people.
