This is precisely why there needs to be at least 2 cameras present at all interviews. That way where things come out, they can be instantly refuted with the full interview

This is why I don’t think the presidential elections matter anymore. No matter who we put forward, they’ll be destroyed by the press by any means necessary, truth or lies. Senate and House elections are a little better because it’s harder for the media to concentrate their forces. If we can get Congress we can block or pass laws and override vetoes. It’s still a dream.
