If the recent Slimes story was an attempt to cover for Hilary, then this seems to be a rejoinder meant to neuter that defense. Why and at whose direction? Kerry? Obama?

Lawyers get paid to pick nits. Since these groups were “labelled” terrorists today, does that mean they weren’t terrorists before today? It’s a technicality, but in a treason trial, where the punishment could be death, the defense will attempt to use every technicality to save their client(s).
So, if these groups weren’t technically “terrorists” before today, then the Obama administration knowingly providing them aid and comfort say before the attack on Benghazi might technically not be treason. Nice try, Democrats, but won’t work. It’s still treason.
