... the country is edging closer to a possible break-up.The eastern part of Libya declared its independence months ago. There hasn't been a big civil war to show on television because the central government doesn't have an army to send against the rebellion. Much like the official government of Somalia the president and parliment have a dubious hold on the capital and no hold on anything else.
