People will never learn. This is the law and the e-pubs are going to fix it. They would never give up this power over the people. They say one thing but are doing the opposite. They are just glad that the Rats are going to take the hit for it. Trust me, the epubs will never get rid of this law, ever! To much control over the commoners.
