Charlie Christ's
The Party's Over: How the Extreme Right Hijacked the GOP and I Became a Democrat is scheduled to be released Feb. 4. The Tampa Bay Times received an advance copy Wednesday.I would suggest a better book - 2003 - Georgia Democrat Zell Miller's A National Party No More.

Weird. I recall Plain being quite interested in local issues throughout her time in national politics. Wisconsin comes to mind. I also specifically remember her appearing on Katie Couric and on NBC for interview...not just Hannity and Hasselbeck. In fact, I don’t recall her being on Fox much for interviews during the election. I am sure she was, but I saw her doing rallies and local interviews quite a bit. I don’t know how she appeared only with Hasselbeck either since the view has five hosts, and guests appear with all of them. They may have some one-off interviews, but I’ve never seen a clip of one in my memory...not even by Bar-ba Wawas.

I agree with him about one point: from what I’ve heard, Karl Rove is indeed a jerk.
Hope Crist enjoys being a Democrat/Communist and getting all those accolades from the lamestream media crowd and PMSNBC. Because that’s all he has left to look forward to.

"She was campaigning in a vital swing state, and still never asked me: 'What's going on in Florida? What are the local issues here? What are people thinking about?' Even if she didn't care, why not make idle conversation?"Maybe because she realized you are are TOOLBOX Crist!
You weren't worth the effort and you have showed your Progressive Soul.

Crist's near-selection as McCain's running mate
Huh? That is the first I have heard about that.
Crist may have been on a list, but Palin was selected by McCain's team. McCain said later his 'choice' was Lieberman.
Crist's assertion seems to lack authenticity.

You can't fool a real Conservative by being a Fake one.
It's Like Faking a Yawn, everyone knows it's an Illusion.
Sarah has made all the right enemies, especially with Crist.
An Opportunistic Tool if I ever saw one.

Pictures of Charlie Crist are creepy enough to make me think that he could star in the dad-daughter sequel to the new mother-son Old Spice Commercial.
As to his lament that Palin wouldn't make idle conversation with him I would guess that ANY conversation with Charlie would be idle.

Weird. I recall Plain being quite interested in local issues throughout her time in national politics. She was/still is. What got ol' Charlie's goat is she didn't care what he thought.

Indeed. I fail to see what appeal he would hold to anyone. Conservatives clearly don’t like him but wouldn’t liberals prefer to vote for someone who’s a true believer in their causes?
Just look at what happened to Arlen Specter for example.

Dude is soooo creepy how did he get elected in the first place?
