I tuned it in this morning, but after about a minute of Glenn and his sidekicks talking about some woman getting murdered and then laughing hysterically like a pack of hopped up hyenas sucking a mixture of nitrous oxide and helium over it, back off the radio went.

This is hardly an isolated incident; it happens so frequently and is so annoying that I’ve pretty much given up on listening to the Beck news and commentary commercial enriched 3-ring circus & sideshow and don’t bother asking my cable co. to carry the BLAZE any more.

Pity; Beck used to be topical, courageous, and articulate, as well as genuinely entertaining. Has he been gotten to or did he just burn out?

I must have missed that (we don’t get the first hour), but now he is singing the praises of CNN’s Anderson Cooper and almost comparing him to Marcus Lutrell the Lone Survivor. Really?

And is something brewing between Glenn and CNN? He’s been on the network a few times lately, and has been seemingly trying to appeal to some liberal elements. Yesterday he “stood with GLAAD.” Hmmm.

It is unfortunate that you heard a snippet that didn’t reflect the entire conversation.

As a lead in to a story in the next segment Beck and gang were speculating/ helping the audience to speculate on a headline on the blaze.

They speculated first that she was fired from her job. Then a love triangle type of story.

“She Probably Never Expected Her Boss to React Like This Upon Learning of Her Brain Tumor”

After the break they revealed that the real story had to do with the boss selling his business to help her with cost of treatment.

I think he’s been on CNN when SE Cupp, one of his Blaze anchors, has been sub-hosting for Piers Morgan. (Yech, Piers Morgan, I know.) Maybe as a favor to SE? Maybe as a way to be seen by libs (like he was on his HNN show...pre-FoxNews)? Not sure.

I’ve been picking up little snippets of such counter intuitive interactions between Beck and the left. Has he been making nice to Islam now too?

That’s what prompted my use of the “Gotten to” term.

He used to be a ferocious, courageous and prominent Liberty leader, at great personal risk - lately however he seems to have been in fall - back white flag surrender negotiation mode.

I may be wrong, but I think Glenn is trying to be a "Peace Maker" and trying to steer away from, violence in any way.
I believe Glenn knows that "the fiery trial which is to try" (v 12) all of us, has already begun.
