There’s absolutely no biblical basis for that ‘appearance’. I was suspicious that the story was a hoax, but then saw the "artist's rendition" at the link.
They even thought to include the Obamacare caduceus logo over satan's family jewels! I mean, can anyone really make that stuff up? Talk about having a direct line to the White Hut Omen Room. Guess they needed seed money from product placement?
Besides, obviously the Satanists in NY have been brainstorming on their Baphomet-goathead project for a while. Only back in 2000 the public wasn't ready for it yet.
