Rabbis Tell MKs: Don't Enable Kerry Plan - Resign

A delegation from the Rabbinical Congress for Peace (RCP) met with Knesset ministers and MKs on Wednesday, urging them to prepare resignation letters to prevent land concessions in ongoing peace talks with the Palestinian Authority (PA).

The meeting came as US Secretary of State John Kerry is in Israel for his tenth visit since taking office, reportedly launching a January diplomatic "offensive" to force Israeli withdrawals.

RCP rabbis warned Tourism Minister Uzi Landau and Agriculture Minister Yair Shamir that they sense a complacency similar that prior to the "Disengagement" from Gush Katif.

"It’s not enough to verbally oppose the current negotiations or vote against it, but you and all those ministers and coalition members who share your views must announce that you have submitted a letter of resignation from the government that will take effect the moment the government agrees to territorial concessions," pressed the RCP rabbis.

“I have no doubt that once (Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu) will feel that he is losing support of his right wing flank it will deter him," reasoned Rabbi Avrohom Shmuel Lewin, Executive Director of RCP. "He won’t want to form a more left-wing coalition now especially when the nation is furious over his release of arch-terrorists. Stop this madness now.”

Do you think they will resign? All, some, a few or none?
Or do you not have a "feel" for it? Just curious.

My husband and I lived in Saudi Arabia five years and it was most interesting.

Officially the two countries don't do business but one day I was in our local ARAMCO market. One of the guys there, a Palestinian, was unloading vegetables. The box had a big ole blue Star of David. The Palestinian didn't know or care what it was--he was just doing his job. They really are abysmally uneducated and uncaring.

So, my conclusion was the that Israel did do business with the Saudis, but on, at least, a farmer-market level. Most interesting! I'm not surprised since most groups, whoever they are, are pragmatic about life.

Israel needs to send kerry packing and tell him to never come back.

I worked in a grocery in Bat Ayin, one of those evil “settlements” and we had all sorts of products from Saudi Arabia. Palestinians work for Jews, stock grocery shelves with Israeli products, and the only ones who give a damn are their so-called leaders, the PA, who tried to make it against the law to do either, and ended up with a near-revolt on their hands. It’s all bull-s@#$. Rock-throwing incidents in Jerusalem are often staged for the cameras. The professional class among Palis are horrified at the prospect of a divided Jerusalem. Those on the “west bank” who can are moving to Jordan to avoid having to live under whatever monster the PA would become as a state.

Kerry and his boss are working for the wrong side (but we all knew that)
The only good thing that may come of all this is that Bibi may finally send Kerry home

Bibi obviously wants to finesse it, give Kerry a “heart-felt sincere thank you sendoff party” ... we love ya, we appreciate so much all your caring about us here, etc..etc...
but the truth of what Kerry and his boss really stand for is so crystal clear.... Bibi may as well just tell him to GTH
and end it that way. Might even help, actually...
for just once, to not be “diplomatic”

being “diplomatic” to Satanic forces only encourages them, they see it as a sign of weakness they can exploit further
