There's another quirk in the Obama administration's new health insurance system: It lacks a way for consumers to quickly and easily update their coverage for the birth of a baby and other common life changes.
With regular private insurance, parents just notify the health plan. Insurers will still cover new babies, the administration says, but parents will also have to contact the government at some point later on.
Right now the HealthCare.gov website can't handle such updates.

Gee, with its abortion mandate and all, it would kind of make you think that the inventors of Obamacare do not like babies.
So .... that’s why the contraception ‘mandate’ is so important - you just don’t have any kids any more. Kill off the old folks, stop babies from being conceived or abort them if they are .... I believe EZKill Emmanuel is a big proponent of population control and he’s got it written into Obamacare. /s

The whole leftist (misnamed) “progressive” agenda is anti-human… from abortion on demand to killing those who are handicapped or comatose (Terri Schiavo comes to mind). Now they want to warehouse human beings in 200-300 sq, ft “cells” in NYC and call it “affordable housing”. The “settled” (anti?) science of “global warming” (aka: climate change on cold days) seeks to ration every aspect of what used to be “normal life”… as too much freedom and prosperity “harms” the earth (CO2 a product of life is now the enemy). So it figures having little CO2 producing critters (aka: children) would not be encouraged, thus not eligible for “affordable healthcare” coverage. Satan hates the human race and apparently so do liberals (themselves excepted of course). So good luck to those of us who encounter “death panels”… who shall determine our “worth” to “society” (aka: them, our owners). For bottom line death is god liberals worship.
Which means we’re no longer a nation of laws,

Children under 24 months are not covered under any family plan. You must pay for separate coverage so your costs go up even more. But don’t worry after 24 months your kid can be part of your coverage up to 26 years old.
Don’t worry. Newborn babies make up such a small percentage of people who need healthcare that they really don’t matter... Chairman Obamao has declared that they make up an insignificant portion of his followers and can be sacrificed for the greater good. It is just like all the people who couldn’t keep their private insurance... they make up less than 5% of the population so they don’t matter. Plus most babies can’t even vote. Why should the leftists worry about them at all?
