True but Windsor has mostly nice areas, including the Rainbow* area.

*Rainbow - a name of a fall on the Farmington River. A dam was built and the reservoir is beautiful. It doesn't have anything to do with gays.

Oh man, that’s a weird and sad story. His wife dies right before thanksgiving, and now this old man is murdered a few days before Christmas. That is so sad and creepy.
