Time to start purging our government and schools of Commies before they start purging us.

“Said Sebelius, “There are some individuals who may be looking at increases. I think you cannot make a statement based on cost unless you compare what they had to what they’re going into.”

Of course if you’re a budget and can’t afford more it’s under the bus for you.

Sure some people will pay less, those who get the subsidies.

And those folks probably never bought insurance before anyway. If they had, then everyone's rates would have been lower.

Let’s not forget that tax increase that will occur once our FSA limits are reduced to $2,500. This alone for me will result in an extra $830 in taxes I will be paying in 2014 that I would have been spending on health care for my family instead.

Bait and switch advertising is a crime.

Right. Unless I've missed it, I haven't heard of any lawsuits being filed on that point. For the life of me, I don't know why not.

If this happened with a private company the courts would already be full of lawyers screaming about the bait & switch.

"I can make a firm pledge. Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes."

Barack Obama - 2008

Does this violation of the public trust meet the standard of high crimes and misdomeanors?

What disgusting spin. What the ghoul and Obama really meant was your costs were going up $7500 per year but since it only went up $5000 you saved $2500.

Can your company self-insure? My cousin works for a small company and they self-insure through a group in Canada that serves as an administrator (from what I understand). I asked him if this was compatible with Obamacare i.e. no fines and he told me ‘yes’. I don’t have any other details ... sorry, but I saw in another article that some companies are going to self insurance (& the Obamacare folks don’t like it).

Since

... more people are being kicked off their insurance than gaining insurance
... we could have easily covered the uninsured without upsetting the applecart for everyone else

you have to conclude that harming those with insurance was a major goal of the plan all along.

Beyond the actual insurance, the deductibles and co-pays will kill ya.

That is correct, it isn’t ‘some’ it is ‘most’ Americans will pay more, since this is nothing less than a massive redistribution tax.
