PA High School Quarterback is allowed to play after committing Armed Robbery, and gets a Pardon. He said Mr. Randall has a 2.5 GPA and has been offered full scholarships by West Virginia, Temple and Georgia Tech universities.
Could this be the reason?
The teams "needs" him.
