Instead of the folks going, couldn’t we send some high level government officials? George Shultz and James Baker come to mind... they are experienced at such a thing, having done this kind of thing before for Margaret Thatcher’s funeral.

When Father of All Mankind croaked in 1953, some of the dignitaries attending his funeral in Moscow suddenly became sick while there and returned to their home countries inside elegant caskets.

Interesting.
Do you think something similar could happen at the funeral of the most revered man on Earth, and the “unmatched moral authority”?

When Billy Graham passes, it’ll be a one-sentence local news story, along with the obligatory leftists celebrating.

We can always hope, since it is a tradition in Communist countries. (There were other cases like that in Moscow. Must be the air there. I recall a Bulgarian and a Polish gensec returning home horizontally.))

Some questions about the funeral ceremony:
1. Will it include a ceremonial necklacing?
2. Are attendees expected to sing “kill the boer/ kill the farmer” in the corpse’s honor?
3. What is the protocol to be followed when dignataries line up to to be photographed with the corpse?
4. Will N. Koreans be brought in for the official sobbing and rending of hair?

Communism has murdered over 100 million people and the Pope should know that.
I’d be surprised if many in attendance know about Necklacing.
This is all so disgusting and disturbing.

There will be a sumptuous banquet following the funeral and a folk dance extravaganza (sponsored by Firestone Tires) to entertain the distinguished guests featuring dances by the natives, and in particular the unique and colorful Necklace Dance.

Sarkozy and Merkel are recognizable despite the Photoshop watercolor filter. Can’t make out the others, maybe lower left is Abe of Japan.
