What are the odds that rent-a-mob protestors are getting $15/hr themselves?
In the town of SeaTac (where the airport is near Seattle) they just passed a $15 minimum wage. The people collecting signatures for the measure last year were paid $10 an hour.
Waaaaah. That’s so unfair! And it’s not even steady work. How will they ever be able to afford their ObamaCare premiums with salaries like that?!
Ha! Gibs me $10/hr cash and I’ll stay around until you tell me to go home.

Here in Indiana when they advertise on Craigslist for rent-a-mob they typically say $8/hr.
Most McDonald’s are locally owned DBA’s that have to put up an unborrowed $300,000 for the Franchise License. Then they must pay 4% of Revenue per month. The average franchise will not show a profit for three years. Doubling the Minimum wage will make that six years. What idiot is going to put up $300,000 and bust their ass for six years while everyone else gets paid for flipping burgers?

No kidding. What young kids are going to go to vocational school for two years if they can make $15/hr. flipping burgers in back, and mopping floors. Typical Obama economics. They get the money because they exist—not because they perform a service that is valued by other people in trade.
The best response to this minimum wage nonsense is to advocate raising the minimum wage $1500 an hour. Let the left explain why that is a bad idea and then ask “How is $15.00 any better?
Where I live the nearest factory....has 100 applicants per. slot.....Those are mostly white people who have done nothing but factory work all their lives....because of the health care crap...noone over 40 is getting in.....Most of the people posting here have not a clue...how tight its getting on the bottom end...The squeeze that progressives have been trying to create is here.....I was making 13 dollars at 16 yrs old in construction.....now at 50 there are no jobs for me I have excellent reference,a 4yr marketing degree with a B average,bondable,fbi background done,class A lic.with good health card....and lots of experience...every interveiw is the same....Im “overqualified”.So im looking at jobs paying 11$ hr...thats about $5 an hour when I was 16....Solid divorce...child support..one construction injury.and here I am Broke.
Ill flip burgers....whatever $15 looks preety good.
