Last week, Secretary of State John Kerry made headlines with an eight-word pronouncement concerning U.S. policy in Latin America: "The era of the Monroe Doctrine is over." Kerry is a nut case. He has diarrhea of the mouth.
SO the Obma admin has just given the green light to other countries to go ahead and colonize Central and South America?
If Versace made a Che t-shirt, Kerry would wear it proudly.

What a treacherous fool!
I will agree that the Monroe Doctrine in the end did us more harm than good.
We ended up with 75% of the hemisphere run by 3rd world style governments, and nations with no core concept of liberty because they were mostly formed by people’s that immediately put dictators, and strong-men into top office. Even without the Europeans, most of them turned into basket cases.
The only places that escaped that fate for the most part are the places that are either English-speaking or are still European territories. How ironic.
That's worth noting as a TREASONOUS STATEMENT even if he did serve in Vietnam.
lets see, who’s the man....?
James Monroe or John Jerry
John Kerry or James Monroe
oh, decisions decisions
Like a bunch of Spanish, French, Portugese, and Dutch colonies in our hemisphere would have led to prosperity and development south of the border
Like it did in Africa
Kerry actively sided with the Viet Cong during the Viet Nam war. All you need to know about John Kerry.
