And the sad thing here in Mobile is that every time you hear about another thug getting arrested (usually after killing someone) they are ALWAYS out on bail for a previous crime.....they waltz through our court system on a daily basis and these asshole judges just keep releasing them on bond!

If they have the right to run and escape without being shot, why do they have the right to steal at gunpoint with out being shot?

The clerk was an 18 year old female. And yes, that is an execution posture. If I was there, I’d have quietly blown the perp’s head off. By quietly, I mean no warning except for a brief word to make him look and change aim (so a death spasm couldn’t cause the clerk to be shot).
Holding a gun against someone’s head justifies the use of deadly force against the attacker IMO. Are we supposed to wait until he kills someone to take action?

The little MFer ought to be thanking his Lucky Skittles he’s still above room temperature. But, given the way he’s going, he will be in the ground before too long. Just too bad the good samaritan wasn’t a better shot.
