Layer? Meant Lauer. Darn kendle!
Sarah puts her hope in God, and God alone.
It’s not a slam on Cruz.
Well done, though I do wish people would stop parroting this ‘one-sixth of the economy’ stuff. That is the actual PROBLEM with health care. In a sane world where laws were enforced and we didn’t allow games to be played, it would no longer be anything close to 1/6 of the economy. That’s what NEEDS to be addressed and nobody bothers to do it.
“...What is Ted Cruz....chopped liver?????”......
While I like Cruz, he has yet to demonstrate that he IS a Ronald Regan. Cruz does have a good start but the war isn’t finished yet
Sarah Palin ate his lunch, dinner and midnight snack. Every attack was batted out of the way with such ease. This is the best public defense of conservative, Tea Party ideals I have heard in a long time.
Wouldn't it be nice if Krauthammer, George Will, et al. who are on TV so frequently had the testicular fortitude to do the same?
She is a delight!
Why would Lauer need a cup?
Saw that...loved that, even though that didn't work for him, either.
Matt thought he'd trip up Sarah by repeatedly asking, "What's the Tea Party's Plan (to fix healthcare)?" Sarah not just ate Matt's lunch on that one, she crumpled up the lunch sack and threw it right in his face....with actual solutions!! Reform with competition, tort reform, free market and patient centered solutions.
"Um, let's move on to Chris Christie"... and the pummeling, by Sarah, continued.
Sarah was on fire, overall. But my personal fave thing she said, when ML was discussing her new book..."I hope you read the book!"...because he was trying to twist the meaning of what she wrote, in the book. Shame on Matt...for thinking he was going to get one over on our Sarah.
I do have to give NBC credit, though...for having both Sarah AND Ted Cruz on, since Friday. (Ratings, baby!)
Outstanding! You are doing what Cantor, Boehner, and McConnell should be doing but Hillary's lock-box prevents them from saying what needs to be said.
Lauer can across as sophomoric cub reporter just as Leno was to Cruz looking for the "Gotcha" clip.
To make the fight fair next time, perhaps Matt should increase his intake of freshly Hunted Organic Alaskan Protein Sources such as Moose, Bear etc.
G_d I love this women, she was on her game in this interview...
I’d back Palin. Won’t touch Christie.
Those weren't prepared remarks by Sarah. She was responding to Lauer in an off-the-cuff back and forth exchange.
She would never slight Ted on purpose. She helped put him in the Senate, remember?
ABC still thinks they can get the one up on her.
And that is why they are a bunch of Ignorant Putzes, she is far more intelligence than any of them realize, her come backs on how to fix our health care was nothing less than fantastic.
Ben Carson would make a GREAT leader.
He doesn’t have the delivery and firery disposition as Reagan. But he is eloquent, clever, bullet smart and genuine. His unassuming demeanor and quite charisma is refreshing, almost inviting.
I would like to see Ben in Politics very much.
Today should have her on weekly if for no other reason than to help their ratings.
I only saw the clip posted here. Did he ever bother to show the book or hold it up? Or give its title?
I watched that part carefully. The topic was people who have publicly declared an interest in running in 2016. Cruz has not yet declared. Sleazy Lauer was probably hoping to get Sarah to say Cruz’ name, and she deftly avoided it.
I think she was referring to Christie. And she’s right: we can’t trust any one politician.
They showed the book, and mentioned the title several times - Lauer especially went to talking about the book after getting slapped around by Sarah in his numerous failed attempts at "gotcha" journalism.
