Good comments.

I found out yesterday that Cruz’s wife is a managing director at the evil empire (Goldman Sachs).

I pray she’s there as a secret agent.

THANK you. Conservatives had better wake up to how easily we are manipulated by the press or we’ll have a repeat of 2012. While everyone is looking for “The Perfect Candidate,” (along with the socialist media’s help, of course), the RINO eGOP slips Christie through the primaries.

I will not vote for Chris Christie, Jeb Bush, Mitch McConnell, or any OTHER wolf in sheep’s clothing. Period. And I’m not alone.

So what’s the game plan on avoiding the predictable media manipulation of conservatives? That’s a conversation we need to have well in advance of the Presidential primaries, when people have picked their favorite candidate and they’re all emotionally invested.

This piece by Politico is a tiny example of what’s coming down the pike in 2015-16. Why would they change a proven strategy?

As for Perry and any other retreads who want to run but don’t stand a chance (Santorium?), their friends and donors need to do us all a favor by sitting them down right NOW and have a heart-to-heart, come-to-Jesus talk with them.

I will be going with Cruz. I hope it doesn’t get ugly because I like both, Perry is a good man.

There ya go. Wouldn’t it be great to get to choose between several really good candidates?

IMO Rick Perry stumbled during the 2012 debates because he was just off back surgery and taking medication which impaired him in the debates. I have a feeling if he decides to run in 2016 he will be a very different guy.

The behind the scenes talk is that “quietly” the Perry camp is exploring. I figure that if Rick has no intent he would say so by now with the whispering going on.

Maybe they are figuring out an cushy alternative for Cornyn. He was a pretty good Texas Supreme Court dude and he looked better as early Senator when compared to Kay Bailey.

Lots of back scene activities I’m sure we know very little about. But my guess is
he’ll not be in the race. It’s hard to keep that kind of exploring bottled up
without at least someone doing some talking.

I’m not sure where Perry is going but my speculation is it isn’t elective politics. He’s
got connections from over his many years in elective office to find some other endeavor.

Perry is a good politician ,not articulate but better than he seemed in 2012.

No, he is not that nimble verbally. Get him in a roomful of VIPs and he does quite well, because even some lawyers are not glib, being negotiators not litigators
