The videos show Obama promising 300 million Americans that “if you like your health-care plan, you will be able to keep your health-care plan, period.”

President Obama promised that many Americans would see their rates go down. IF their rates were lowered, then their plan “is no longer grandfathered” and could not be re-obtained, even if the company was willing to revert to the previous conditions.

They knew this and had internal memos discussing those being forced by this con off their existing plans.
