Congress needs to assign special prosecutors to investigate Obama administration misbehavior, charges a congressman who has distributed to members of the U.S. House copies of the book “Impeachable Offenses: The Case for Removing Barack Obama from Office.”
“From Benghazi to Fast and Furious to crony deals for ‘green’ energy to Obamacare the lawless Obama administration must be reined in. I am calling on Congress to establishment Select Committees on these scandals with full subpoena power,” said Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas, in a statement Thursday.
“We’ve seen how the Obama administration smears and defames their critics. Congress should investigate these scandals and turn the matters over to special prosecutors,” he said.
“Impeachable Offenses” is authored by New York Times best-selling authors Aaron Klein, a senior WND writer, and Brenda J. Elliott.
The book argues that Obama already has committed many violations of the Constitution that could qualify him for impeachment, including his health care legislation, which the authors describe as taxation without representation.
“I hope this book helps convince my colleagues to hold Barack Obama legally responsible for his disregard for the law,” Stockman said. “When told of his offense, Obama sought to cover them up rather than accept responsibility and correct the mistakes.”

Cong gets a special prosecutor in the many scandals that run amok in Obama’s administration, then going after Obama hidden past should/could get broached.
While I share the umbrage, the first sentence is a weak argument for impeachment. Our Congress takes a selective approach to the rule of law, so they entitle themselves to arbitrary, or not, in taking up this matter.

I’ve been wondering lately if we’ve reached the tipping point. I can’t imagine Obama finishing his term, but I think it more likely he will resign for “health” reasons, or just wake up dead some day.

Yes, Stockman could be setting up hearings at which BC forgery evidence could be introduced, especially if Barry’s credibility continues to tank.

This AM on MSNBC a NBC hard news reporterette excoriated Carney personally on air for not doing his job in failing to protect Barry from himself in not obstructing the “keep your plan” falsehood.
She said “once (Barry) loses credibility he becomes impotent”...or something like that. MSNBC!!!
I think there was a better chance to get the Obamacare delay passed through the senate.

POTUS Obama ruthlessly used a Florida black on black episode where a black hispanic security guard named George Zimmerman was forced to shoot an adult sized black teen attacker 17 year old Trayvon Martin .
This occured in a secured mixed race modest means housing complex. Martin who never was approached or contronted by Zimmerman was killed when he attacked the unsuspecting security guard as he was returing to his vehicle. Martin was shot once during a struggle over the guards gun as he was pounding Zimmerman’s head on a cement walk where Zimmerman lay begging for help managed to get his gun first and shot his attacker.
The racism charge resulted from and was led by none other than The President of The United States Obama. Who considering sundry socialist communist objectives saw an opportunity to politicize the event and strike out against stand your ground gun control defence and promote and advance Stalinist type housing collectives which was done through subsequent statements refering to the episode released by HUD.. None of which had anything to with the episode Obama used to stop a losing base among black supporters

But what has been happening since this episode are continiuous attacks on whites and hispanics by gangs of young blacks often using racial epithets and Martins first name.when committing these crimes ending in deaths or serious injuries.throughout the country.These attacks have been reported locally often sanitized from their racial nature but never reported as a national trend because of the media and regimes complicity in promoting racial division which played a major role in creating the situation.
As of this review silence has also been the response on the part of the political opposition as well.

At least Ted Cruz didn’t get the memo. This week he told Trayvon’s mom her claims were bogus to her face at a hearing, IIRC.
As the nations top law enforcement officer Barry could be impeached for trying to get Zimmerman lynched in a case where not only should Barry have declared Zimmerman to be presumed innocent, Barry had a duty to protect that presumption at the federal level to the extent possible.
As to the MSM media circus and the vile FL (my state) prosecutor, Barry isn’t responsible.
