As the nations top law enforcement officer Barry could be impeached for trying to get Zimmerman lynched in a case where not only should Barry have declared Zimmerman to be presumed innocent, Barry had a duty to protect that presumption at the federal level to the extent possible.
As to the MSM media circus and the vile FL (my state) prosecutor, Barry isn’t responsible.

The President might not be responsible for the the prosecution but he initiated the circus by injecting (and degrading) the office of the presidency by his use of the Bully Pulpit which set off a whole chain of events that are continuing. In which he has had many opportunities to correct and that includes sanctioning Holders activities.
Obama wants and needs this racial strife as a political device. If a few people die because of it is of no concern to this person for if it was. The Pulpit at minimum would be used as well as other government mechanisims on hand.
