No, I was wondering if his Psychiatrist knew that he might be dangerous but because of Privacy issues would not be able to let the authorities know.
Of course it would not be a defense but it just sure seems as though there are so many mentally ill young men recently that should be getting some type of treatment.

Police say the alleged shooter’s teenage brother got a text message from Ciancia
on Friday saying he was thinking about taking his life.
The family contacted Pennsville Police and around 1 p.m. Pennsville’s police
chief called Los Angeles Police to do a well-being check on Ciancia, police said.
Los Angeles Police went to Ciancia’s apartment. The man wasn’t there, but
his roommates told police everything was fine, authorities said.

Well, the TSA officer at LAX who threatened to have me arrested because I was crying a half-hour after I learned that my father had died is WORSE than a pig. She is subhuman, and definitely was not made in the image of God.
I recognize the temptation to go there, especially when the deed is so sickeningly evil. But I stand by my position, not because I like it, but because I believe it is true.

When a government employee gets shot, government soon demands they all be armed like commandos. Park Rangers etc.
Yet when innocent private citizens get shot, the governemnt demands strict gun control for the law abiding.

Ditto, Not True! Many of the AR-15/A4 manufacturers make CA compliant models. Some of the models that were around when the AW Ban was written years ago, are illegal, w/o a license, but most of those manufacturers are making guns with “properly marked” lower receivers which make them salable here.
This is a murder and there is no justification for it. Some TSA agents abused their power, but most don’t. None deserve to be shot or otherwise assaulted on the job or off the job. How about some sympathy for the agent and his or her family?

I disagree. They all abuse power. Why? Because they should not have the power they have to begin with. The entire edifice of TSA groping and abusing and frying innocent people is a disgusting and criminal abuse of power from beginning to end, from the head honcho down to the lowest testicle grabber.
