Trayvon Martin's mother says states should clarify their "stand your ground" self-defense laws.

Sybrina Fulton is telling a Senate committee Tuesday that the laws, which generally eliminate a person's duty to retreat in the face of a serious physical threat, are confusing and inconsistent. She says neighborhood-watch volunteer George Zimmerman "got away with murder" in the 2012 killing of her son, largely because of Florida's policy.

The EPIC FAILURE of a "journalist" who scribbled this crap NEGLECTED to report that the "stand your ground" law had NOTHING TO DO with George Zimmerman's defense at trial.

The media continues the lie.

Sybrina, here’s clarification for you. If your son, cousin, nephew, brother, father, whoever comes knockin at my door at night or not as the case probably would be, I’d stand my ground and shoot them if they threatened me.

Is that clear enough for you?

They also continue to cover their lie, here by closing comments so people can’t point out what really happened.

All states should have open carry.

First, Exactly right about "Stand Your Ground" not being a factor in the Zimmerman case. Sybrina Fulton is telling a Senate committee Tuesday that the laws, which generally eliminate a person's duty to retreat in the face of a serious physical threat, are confusing and inconsistent.

Sybrina, that's a great point. While we are at it, lets get some clarity on the CCW laws across the states as well. It is a project every time I want to take a road trip to make sure I understand all the different laws of the states I want to travel in with my trustee personal protection machine. This could go hand in hand. How do peaceably travel through a state with my gun and what are the specifics of when and how I can shoot someone else in my defense, that of my family or property.

Sybrina, get back with us when you get that all sorted out. Thanks.

Trayvon’s “mother” needs to just go away. Her 15 minutes are up. Take the money she has made so far and be happy with it.

I have a God given natural right to defend myself, by any means necessary, regardless of what some Man made law says about it.

Sybrina is seeking funding for the development of more porous concrete so that a crime victim getting his head slammed into the sidewalk might be able to find some holes to retreat into.

All states should have concealed carry. If a perp has a suspicion you have a gun, it is enough to dissuade but not enough to temp.

I agree with Mizz Martin: the law needs to be clarified: If a punk is beating your brains out you may shoot him until he stops twitching with NO LEGAL PROBLEMS no matter what color you are or the punk is.

Oh, dear. This “mother” is the bitch who abandoned Trayvon when he was three and sent him to live with his druggie aunt for a few years. NOW she cares about him and the life he led?

I’d REALLY like to hear from his stepmother, a decent woman, who actually raised him, kicked his gangsta ass out on the street, and refused to be a shill for the dems during the trial.
