WASHINGTON, D.C., October 25, 2013 (Cardinal Newman Society) - A class at Georgetown University’s law school scheduled for next semester will have students working with a pro-abortion rights advocacy organization, taught by that organization’s senior counsel, Kelli Garcia. Garcia, a radical pro-abortion rights lawyer, wrote the poem titled, “Planned Parenthood, Why Do I Love Thee?” in 2011. The poem was part of a larger effort by Garcia and her group to halt the potential defunding of Planned Parenthood, which is the nation’s largest abortion provider.

The Georgetown law class, titled Regulatory Advocacy: Women and the Affordable Care Act, will have students working with the National Women's Law Center (NWLC) “to develop projects that will assist in the organization's regulatory advocacy efforts.” Students will also have the opportunity to participate in strategy meetings and conference calls between NWLC and partnering organizations.

Georgetown University is a private research university in Washington, D.C. Founded in 1789, it is the oldest Jesuit and Catholic university in the United States. Georgetown’s main campus, located in Washington’s Georgetown neighborhood, is noted for Healy Hall, a National Historic Landmark in the Romanesque revival style. Georgetown operates a law center on Capitol Hill and auxiliary campuses in Italy, Turkey, and Qatar.

Georgetown’s founding by John Carroll, America’s first Catholic bishop, realized earlier efforts to establish a Roman Catholic college in the province of Maryland that had been thwarted by religious persecution. The university expanded after the American Civil War under the leadership of Patrick Francis Healy, who came to be known as Georgetown’s “second founder” despite having been born a slave by law. Jesuits have participated in the university’s administration since 1805, a heritage Georgetown celebrates, but the university has always been governed independently of the Society of Jesus and of church authorities.

Georgetown Un. Law School has been hiring marxists and leftists since Rev. Drinan and David Cole (CCR), among others.

There are some conservative professors there but it is the communists who poison the students’ minds and pervert the Constitution into a weapon against America.

The longtime head of the Communist Party of DC/VA, Maurice Jackson, is now a professor of Afro-American Studies at GTU.
He was boring as a teacher of marxism. I wonder if he is still are boring or is indoctrinating his students in the Left’s view of history.

Kelli Garcia wrote the poem:

From NWLC.org Blog: Planned Parenthood, Why do I Love Thee?

I am amending one of the lines of the poem to be factual and appropriate:

Originally: The care of a staff that is committed

Amended: The care of a staff that is committed TO THE RAPE OF LITTLE GIRLS!!!

Some might object to my amending the poem, but it is quite true.

How often do we hear of the rape of little girls aided by Planned Parenthood (all the time!!!)

I should think that Georgetown U. to keep in mind that the students(and their parents) are paying tuition to be attending their school and that the professors and administrators salaries are being paid from that tuition money and in effect makes the students the boss not the professors.

When will the Bishop of Washington start excommunicating people at Georgetown. Right now anyone who sends a kid to Georgetown is a fool or cares nothing about the Catholic Faith.
