Amen to that. Rubio's proposal states that the website has to be working consistently for at least six months before the mandate will be imposed. That's not be enough twisting of the pliers for me.

It won't matter. Repubs are too busy writing their suicide notes with this new amnesty push. They won't gain any new voters, but they will lose a ton of the base (in a mid-term election that depends solely on turnout). That's why they are justly called the Stupid Party.
