Hillary Takes Veiled Shots at Obama in McAuliffe Endorsement Speech
Breitbart ^ | 10-19-13 | Matthew Boyle

FALLS CHURCH, Virginia -- While giving a speech endorsing Democrat Terry McAuliffe’s Virginia gubernatorial bid at a small concert and theater venue just outside Washington, D.C., former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton took several veiled shots at President Barack Obama and the way her 2008 Democratic primary opponent has run Washington since being first elected five years ago.

While Clinton never mentioned Obama by name, she used innuendo and some indirect references to try to separate herself from the president ahead of what is widely expected to be another run at the White House for her in 2016.

“I thought hard about what I wanted to say to Virginians today,” Clinton opened her remarks by saying. “I’ve been out of politics for a few years now. I’ve had a chance to think a lot about what makes our country so great, what kind of leadership is required to keep it great.”

I think that was meant for Hillary and not you.

“I don’t get the “veiled” attacks in this speech at all.”

I couldn’t find the veiled attacks either.

If anything, Hillary is even more radical than Obama. Just remember that Hillarycare was a single payer system and in foreign affairs the Libyan intervention was her idea. Is she was in office we would probably be in the middle of the Syrian civil war by now with boots on the ground.

I was considering a related thing today, to wit: What might happen to obozo as his ‘signature legislation’ pulls America down into the toilet coupled with the fact that he is a lame duck. He’s a lad who might be as much use as a millstone around the neck of the demon party in a year or two...

"giving a speech endorsing Democrat Terry McAuliffe’s Virginia gubernatorial bid

The fact that McAuliffe rolled her out just shows you how confident they are about winning the VA governorship.

Obama’s endgoal is single payer. He may have noticed the blowback Hillarycare got when she tried to push America over the cliff all at once. He’s on record saying it may take 20 years to get there, but that’s where it’s all headed.

Even the “failures” of HUACA (Hussein’s UnAffordable Care Act) will be used for calls to “improve it” by switching to single payer.

I sometimes wonder if Obama isn’t just an avatar for the Clintons. Bill and Hillary tried to get homosexuals freely accepted into the military. They failed. The Clintons tried to get national health care. They failed. But, a black-looking guy could get enough sympathy to get those through. The only thing missing for complete Clinton success is ensuring that the Democrats always win. Waco was supposed to frighten gun owners to turn in their weapons. Then, the Democrats could just dictate. But, if all these illegals come in and vote Democrat, then I guess the Democrats really don’t have to worry about elections anymore. Gun control isn’t so important. They’ll just win every election and start dictating.

“If Clinton gets into power, the Obama machine people get cleared out and replaced with Bill’s old hacks from the 90s”

holy friggin crap, can you imagine, compared to what we have now, I long for bill Clinton, who didn’t give a crap about transforming America, only cared about big macs and skirts.

Republicans or Tea Party take advantage of the atmosphere, because Hillary sure will. She can blame the whole Benghazi fiasco on Obama if she wants to.

I can see her using conservative-like sound bites to sway the voters. Mark my words.

Most of Obama’s cabinet officials and staffers are Clinton’s old hacks from the 90’s. If Hillary wins, things will only get worse.

The Clintons also believe I think quite sincerely in economics and the debt becoming a higher priority in U.S. foreign policy. I’d vote for either one in a heartbeat over what we have now.

Why sign up for Obamacare? It won’t survive very long after the inauguration of the next president be they GOP or RAT. Hillary will start shooting at the wounded Obamacare duck the day after the 2014 election

That this woman is still relevant highlights media bias.

I still don’t know what she’s done that gives her presidential gravitas.

Hillary will want to replace it with her 1993 product. Raise the payroll tax to 30% and move everyone onto Medicare. Actually pretty simple, goodbye Medicaid, exchanges and private health insurance.

She better come out agin’ Obama with cleets if she wants to win the White House! better shovel out the dirt and rip him to pieces! In this way Hillary might, just might, do a good service to the Nation.

“I don’t get the “veiled” attacks in this speech at all. They were just boiler plate pablum, IMO. Nothing specific. Breitbart is reading way too much into it, hoping it will attract readership, I guess.”

My reading of it exactly.
