The Red Lobster customer accused of writing 'none n*****' on the tip line of his check is so confident he didn't make the slur that he hired a forensics expert to evaluate his handwriting.
The forensics expert evaluated both 20-year-old Devin Barnes' handwriting and that of his wife and concluded:
'There is evidence to indicate that Devin Barnes did not write the total entry. No significant handwriting characteristic similarities were noted.'
Now Mr Barnes and his wife plan on taking legal action against the chain, after receiving numerous death threats when the photo went viral.
'They were extremely rude, but I introduced myself to them and they didn't respond. When I came to take their order they simply told me they wanted their food and to put everything in a to-go box. I offered them dessert but they told me abruptly that they just wanted the check.
'When I went back to the table they had gone and left the receipt and had written in the comments.'
While Mr Barnes admits that he didn't tip Miss Jenkins, he says it wasn't him that wrote the slur.
He explains that the couple asked for their meal to go after getting a call about a family emergency.
Miss Jenkins said she believes him and posted the picture to make a comment about racism, not to draw attention to herself.....
He does question why the chain didn't investigate the incident more and says he and his wife are looking into legal action......
In wake of the picture going viral, more than 1,000 people contributed to a fund to raise 10,000 in 'tips' for Miss Jenkins which she says is going towards buying a car, paying for school and helping her church.

This is a local story for me.
He had a handwriting expert state its not his
writing,and yes he is suing her and RL.
We didn`t believe the little gal from the start.
What a brave new world these dolts have created.

The blacks at one company where I worked discovered they could get any white in trouble with a false accusation. One white guy had to quit, but another, a Russian, was hauled before an EEO “judge.” This black woman “judge” had never before found for the company. She was so disgusted with the black accuser she dressed him down. The accuser was a student from our local historically black college who knew the world was prejudiced against him and was bound and determined to prove it so and thus get an award so he’d never have to work again. We all walked on pins and needles until he went back to school. I told the people in my department to never be alone with him so there would always be a witness. I made my people document his frequent comments about prejudice. (Man, was that tiring.)

Its almost like some people will try and game the system because they are too dang lazy to do it through merit and hard work.

My bet is as soon as she saw the couple hired a forensic expert, she headed for the tall grass real quick. Based on the expert, no one else but Jenkins have a motive to do this.
Another "fake-but-accurate" lib story. Calling attention to the racism that exists...somewhere....it didn't happen...but it could've...

The same thing happened to me before on 3 companies I worked for since college. One of my co-workers started using pen cameras when they were talking to one of the black dudes who hated whitey. He was called Malcolm X’ behind his back and it took a lot of acting skills to pretend it was normal.
I had a black waiter at Red Lobster try to steal my credit card once. I followed him back to the kitchen and demanded he return it. He walked over to the cash register and claimed he left it there accidentally but I had already walked over to the resister in question and verified that he hadn’t left it there before I confronted him. He pocketed it. He didn’t get a tip and I wrote on the merchant copy of the receipt why. He still works there.
