I expected more from our first technologically savvy presidential administration.
Odd---the President can always find a way to get those email blasts to me to ask for money but his crack IT team couldn't retrieve my ID & log in information in a timely manner.
Go figure.
After a few minutes of stewing, it turned out that the healthcare.gov did have one saving grace that helped me jog my memory.

Leftist disinformation - GHWB had never seen a new type of scanner that was being introduced at an industry trade show. Nobody had seen one since it was being unveiled at the show.
