Mexican terrorism. Sounds like a dry run as perpetrated by radical muslims.

You know, I agree. You’d hve to be an idiot to do something like this in an airport these days. That being said, I have a real hard time considering this a felony or a $500,000 dollar bond level offense.

Is there something I’m missing here. I don’t see anyone getting injured with one of these. You’ve almost have to want to be injured to actually be injured by one of these.

Pranks can be costly. Idiotic pranks can be even more costly. I’m sure his lawyer will bargain this down to a misdemeanor with a stiff fine. Of course, he will end up being amongst the unemployed for sure.

Bennett was riding in a van with several people, including a supervisor, when he decided to make the dry ice bombs in plastic bottles Sunday night.

He did this in front of a crowd, including his own supervisor being present...

The story is a joke and certainly has nothing to do with terrorism and more to do with morons who work at airports.

Well, as you have pointed out, and I pretty much agree, this is going to cost him for sure.

So, a car full of morons pulls into a bar parking lot...

LOL

You just wait. One of these morons will have won some super-duper award in the last year, making them on the record as one of our nation’s best.

Yes I agree with you. Ultimately that’s the call. Still I have to tell you that there was a time in this nation, when people could do silly brainless things, and the next day the world kept on turning without them being sent to prison or threatened with it.

I still put this on the order of a kid pointing his finger at a buddy on the playground and being kicked out of school for a week or two.

Where has our sense of proportion gone? If we didn’t have a TSA agent every ten square feet at the airport, I wonder if this might not have just taken place, people gotten their yuk yuks out of it, and somehow we would have made it through this ‘dire threat’ to our security.

How much do you think it costs the airlines and their passengers to
Shut down or disrupt traffic at LAX? Toss the book at these morons.

You’d get a lot more sympathy from me on that one, if they didn’t shut down half the airport every time someone passes gas. Someone blew a left rear tire five miles from the airport, better close down the nearest terminals for two hours while we try to figure it out...

Then they allow certain groups to stand up on the aircraft and chant blessing to Allah, and they get nothin for it.

You try it. The TSA is a major joke. Now they’re being given rule over public events, trains, buses...

This is getting very ugly. And not, it’s not the idiots outside of uniform causing the major problem IMO.

Who thought taking people from the welfare office and the nearest McDonalds, swearing them in, and calling it all fixed was going to be the right way to go?

Oui vey...
