A federal air marshal was arrested on Thursday for using his cell phone to take photos up womens skirts.
Adam Bartsch, a 28-year-old air marshal, was allegedly on duty during the boarding of a Southwest Airlines flight at Nashville International Airport when a witness spotted him taking photos up womens skirts. Bartsch was arrested, and according to a police report had taken 10 to 12 photos. He told authorities he had done it before.

He obviously was meant to be a TSA inspector.
Even if that many women were wearing skirts, they probably had on panty hose which is like taking upskirt photos of women wearing tight jeans. Now back in the old days when women wore garter belts and hose.
but enough rambling about the old days when truck drivers would race to keep up with women drivers in skirts.

Starts with frequent viewing of porn - never ends nicely.
Women DON'T wear pantyhose or nylons anymore - they go barelegged. And it looks UGLY!!!! You see every vein and mark on their legs, whereas, when they DID wear pantyhose/nylons, it covered that up somewhat and smoothed their legs out.
He was looking for underwear bombers. Next he’ll be inspecting breast implants.
