Putin's devastating KO
Renew America ^ | Sept. 22, 2013 | A.J. DiCintio

Posted on 09/22/2013 7:10:29 PM PDT by ReformationFan

No matter how profound the issues or scandals, the current administration's MO has been to avoid substance in favor of the corrupt politics of spin and ignore, ignore and spin, a strategy that, history teaches, often succeeds in gaining the confidence of a majority of the people. . . until the piper shows up.

However, as polls reveal, no amount of duplicitous White House propaganda or disregard for pursuing truth can prevent the public from perceiving this reality:

With respect to his influence regarding Syria and the rest of the world an effete, dithering, anchorless, contradictory Barack Obama has been knocked out cold by Vladimir Putin, a reality made all the more devastating by the fact the entire fight was viewed not by a cable-television-sized Pay Per View crowd but an audience that counts a huge percentage of the planet's seven billion souls.

Yes, there's no disputing what Russia's president did, with images of a pummeled, then prostrate, and now punch-drunk Obama continuing to be posted, telecast, emailed, face-booked, smart-phoned, and printed from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. All that remains, therefore, is the crucially important task of providing an imagined but thoroughly real history of the major events that led up to Vladimir "KGB" Putin's stunning but not surprising clocking of Barack "Community Organizer" Obama.

To begin at the very beginning, specifically, at the Russian's conception, it's essential to say that Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin was clearly blessed with genetic material any aspiring fighter would die for.

However, despite Mark Twain's perceptive observation that being "well born" is "worth as much in a man as it is in a horse," it's also true that especially with respect to humans, DNA isn't everything.

A KGB Lieutenant Colonel versus a mediocre Community Organizer. Who did you think would win?

I grew up during the Cold War and I never imagined that during the course of my lifetime, I'd actually be rooting for a Russian president over the U.S. president.

Pass the black bread and vodka.

Obama lies face-down on the floor with a huge bloodstain issuing from his nether parts. But much more to the point, his feckless foreign policy redounds greatly to the detriment of out Beloved Nation.

I note that he drew no "red line" regarding the massacre this weekend of Christians in Kenya and Pakistan. No matter - any red line drawn by this regime is meaningless - the velvet fist in the iron glove.

He spoke some truths that our government desperately wants us to ignore.

“A KGB Lieutenant Colonel versus a mediocre Community Organizer. Who did you think would win?”

although I despise people like marx, lenin, Trotsky et al, when I think of somebody like putin, I think of a person who was born into a system. when you are born into it, as opposed to being a founder, you have two huge hurdles to jump. one is that being indoctrinated from a young age, you easily think its the norm, and second, its much harder to be a dissenter.
so then, its quite plausible that putin,in spite of him having been in the kgb, could be a person of morals and integrity. and that, is more than i can say for our president.

Putin met Solzhenitsyn, read “The Gulag Archipelago” and made it mandatory reading in Russian High Schools.

There haven’t been any Communist true believers in Russia for decades. The Soviets have successfully exported Communism to the West where it hasn’t been experienced. Those here who label Putin a ‘Communist’ (they’ll show up on this thread in a matter of minutes) demonstrate only their ignorance of Russia and the Soviet bloc countries.

"With respect to his influence regarding Syria and the rest of the world an effete, dithering, anchorless, contradictory Barack Obama"

A small mistake of course, but they left out effeminate.

Pass the black bread and vodka.

That would be "Передайте пожалуйсто чёрный хлеб и водку".
"Peredaytya pozhalsta chornee khleb E vodku..."

We should probably all be practicing that sort of thing...

so if you control the schools and the media, you can pretty much have americans only see the picture of Russia that you want.
i’m just guessing, of course.

Wasn’t there even a story yesterday about Russia cutting back its budget to spur growth? It’s funny, but just about every bit of news out of Russia lately seems to reek of “common sense” ...or at very least, national interest. From the topic to terrorism to the culture to whatever.

Contrasting with America, where just about every news story, whether it’s Obama wanting to militarily aid al-Qaeda terrorists, to stories about trangender bathroom regulations, seems to reflect not common sense, but utter, unadulterated “madness.”

Putin has made a political alliance with the Russian Orthodox Church, so it seems he is as KGB as Obama is American, which is to say not so much.

Welcome to upsidedown land.

Not that Putin isn’t a filthy piece of shite but he’s doing us a favor. Obama’s war would be a disaster.

China is an even better example.

Under Deng Xiaoping's leadership, they converted communism from an ideology to a religion and adopted an authoritarian capitalism as their ideology. They fly the same flag, but their GNP has skyrocketed because they ceased to operate under the benighted dictates of their flag.
