Indeed they do. Only the Dims protecting him in the Senate allow his treason to continue. Regan should have done this with the contras. Just waive the law prohibiting support of the freedom fighters...oh wait the Dims would have impeached him. I see...ah no I don’t. Ah....sigh...I am with you.

Those who carry out the arming of these terrorists need to be brought to trial. Maybe Obama is shielded from being arrested while he usurps the office but anybody who carries out his treasonous orders should be held responsible. There is no way that these are lawful orders since they consist of treason, and orders that are known to be unlawful MUST be disobeyed.
The military could show what it was made of if none could be found who are willing to obey these unlawful orders. Same with any civilian who is told to arm these terrorists.

If “we the people” lie flat for the devil, don’t be too surprised if he dances on our backs... and I do not mean to call even Barack a devil, but he is a pretty effective proxy for the devil right now.
