Brilliant observation.
There really is no there, there with Obama. People try to use rationality and reason to explain this guy, but they always fall short because there's no explaining a person as irrational and empty as this pointless man.
He's like a hollow planet. There's no core. No center. All you see is a crust which is composed of layers of Marxism, racism, street punk bravado, petulance, envy, arrogance, laziness, ignorance, and a host of other negatives too numerous to mention.
As you said, the man adds up to less than the sum of his apparent parts.
When your intellectual wires and persona are in the hands of other manipulators it would be very difficult to not behave like a robot. Obama had/has that gift of gab that that would put a carni barker wondering.

It also explains his methods, which are essentially those of a street gang. Knows no laws, brute force and intimidation is always the answer, whether as foreign policy, or in using the IRS against political enemies. He has zero sophistication because his whole life is basically faked up, and in reality he hasn’t done anything other than say what he’s been told to say, and sign what he’s been told to sign. Notice there’s no subtlety in anything he does, not even when faking up a birth certificate. It explains why he’s incapable of the simplest diplomacy, either with other heads of state, or with anyone, including his own party, in Congress.
He’s a tool being used by powerful elites in order to create a one world global government, using the UN as a political vehicle and the US military as a physical vehicle to force it into existence. His role is entirely limited to photo ops and teleprompters; his signature is almost certainly in Jarrett’s handwriting.

Valerie Jarrett is the chosen servant of a cabal of Chicago commies who have been dependent on Arab (Muslim Brotherhood) cash since the Soviet Union started to decline during the eighties.
And the deal is that the Commies get to call the shots on domestic policy, but the Arab (MB) moneymen own our foreign policy.
