He talked about the years of No Fly zone in Iraq due to Hussein's chemical attack on the Kurds.,

Very Strong argument to take action.

Kerry just said he has talked to the Russion top levels,..Putin and the FM and they have effectily said Russia will not go to war over a limited strike on Assad Chemical weapons assets.....
