On Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace spoke with Stephens County OK District Attorney Jason Hicks regarding the Stephen Lane murder. Hicks said 15 year old James Edwards was “dancing and doing twirls, laughing and cutting up during the booking process, he thought the whole thing was a joke.”

Teen Arrested in Beating Death of WWII Vet (
(SPOKANE, Wash.) — Police in Washington State early Monday morning arrested a second teenager accused of robbing and “severely” beating to death a World War II veteran, ending one of the state’s longest manhunts for a juvenile offender.
The arrest of Kenan Adams-Kinard, 16, ended a four-day dragnet. He has been charged with first degree robbery and first degree murder.
Adams-Kinard is believed to have received help while on the lam, according to police. “Several other people with him have been arrested for rendering criminal assistance,” according to Spokane Police spokeswoman Monique Cotton.
I’d like to see if he does the same thing on his way to the death chamber.

“Officials in Stephens County have charged 15-year-old James Edwards Jr. and 16-year-old Chancey Luna with first-degree murder. Because they are juveniles, they cannot receive the death penalty, but they could spend life in prison.
In addition, 17-year-old Michael Jones is facing two felony counts of discharging a weapon and accessory to murder after the fact. He is being charged as a juvenile.”
