Since I can remember, about 50 years, the liberal intelligentsia has been covering and apologizing for the crimes of the black underclass. My fervent hope is that some day Kuhn gets to live around the black underclass. I believe he’d be rethinking a lot of his liberal thoughts.

Cornell University is made up of several colleges. Some of privately endowed and some are part of the SUNY system. This stems back from the days of the University’s founding when it was established as a “land grant” university (basically, an ag and tech school).
Coulter tends to claim that the “state” parts aren’t the “real” Cornell. Olbermann counters by pointing out that a student who graduates has the same Cornell degree regardless of which college of the university he attended.
Personally, I would say that Olbermann is correct, based on my own experience as a alum. Furthermore, and with a bit of irony, it should be noted that the “Ag school,” from which Olbermann graduated has at least a marginally more conservative study body than the “arts” school, from which Coulter attended.
