Incompetent? He may be indeed incompetent, but his goal is to destroy the USA and empower radical Islam. He’s done a good job with both of those tasks. Oh, and homo-ize the country, neuter the military (ours), etc. Done good there too.

He’s a criminal.
Criminals should face charges. Why should he not?

But if the Senate doesnt have a GOP majority, he wont be convicted. And if the Senate DID have a GOP majority, he wouldn't be convicted either.

Interesting concept - doing the right thing failed before so let's just ignore what's right and fugetaboutit... Interesting concept - doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results... the very definition of insanity.
The place to focus our efforts is where they might actually do some good, such as cracking down on Democrat election fraud by requiring voter id and then going after Holder when he goes after Texas for requiring Supreme Court-sanctioned voter id.

Work for a republican Senate in 2014-—we CAN get this done.

I keep saying we need a bill of particulars. Not just wishes and dislikes but “particulars” , specific claims/charges. Maybe there is space on FR to run a page of exact/specific charges, edited and added to as we go? No conversation-—just legitimate charges.
My suggestion for the first item is dereliction of duty for failing to show up in time to help out w/Benghazi. As commander-in-chief he is indeed subject to the charge since another country is involved and action can’t be taken without his order.

Senator Ted Cruz, Republican of Texas, lamented to one voter who asked about the prospect of impeachment that the Senate, controlled by Democrats, would probably not yield the needed votes for conviction. (This logic has not impeded Mr. Cruz from seeking to stop a short-term spending bill unless money is drained from the health care program.)I guess it's asking too much for the average NY Times reporter to know that it would take 67 Senate votes to remove Obama but only 41 to block legislation.

It would take 67 GOP senators to remove Obama, and probably more like 70-72 with RINO defections.
Face it, impeachment is just a formality as long as Dems have no principles. And Obama and Holder know it.
